Woman denies theft

A WOMAN allegedly stole a bag and its contents at a city fast food restaurant.

Susan McGrandle, 34, of Ballantrae Terrace, will stand trial at Dundee Sheriff Court charged with theft.

McGrandle denies stealing a rucksack and its contents at McDonald’s, Reform Street, on September 11 last year.

Trial is set to take place on July 28 with an intermediate diet to be held on July 6.
