Severe injury denied

LIAM Gray, 20, of Strathmore Lodge, Ward Road, will stand trial at Dundee Sheriff Court on May 17.

Gray denies aggressive behaviour by shouting, swearing, uttering abusive remarks and repeatedly kicking and punching walls at a property in Dudhope Court on May 29 last year.

He further denies assaulting his brother Andrew Gray by repeatedly striking him on the head with a wallpaper scraper, to his severe injury, at the same location and on the dame date.
