Revamped website launched

A REVAMPED website has been l aunched offering information and blogs about Fife’s joint health and social care services.

The portal showcases initiatives of Fife Health and Social Care Partnership to bring care closer to home and support independent living for longer. The partnership was formed in April 2016 as part of a nationwide drive to bring services provided by the NHS and council social work departments together.

Director Michael Kellett said: “There’s a wealth of information on our new website, from the latest news and details about the projects the partnership is leading on across Fife and what’s happening in your community, to blogs from me and others.

“I encourage the public to check out the Change Projects section which features real-life case studies, as well as In Your Community where there are videos to give a quick guide on our newest initiative at local level.”
