Talk on Big Noise project

AS part of Dundee Women’s Fes­ti­val, a talk is to be given about the char­ity be­hind a new ini­tia­tive get­ting chil­dren into mu­sic.

Sis­tema Scot­land has been op­er­at­ing Big Noise Dou­glas at St Pius and Clay­potts pri­mary schools since Au­gust.

Sis­tema’s na­tional op­er­a­tions man­ager Amanda Wil­son and lo­cal op­er­a­tions man­ager Jo Gev­ers are to give a short talk about their work in mak­ing so­cial ac­tion hap­pen through mu­sic.

The talk will be fol­lowed by a short film about the work of Sis­tema Scot­land and some mu­si­cal en­terain­ment.

The event takes place at the I nver­carse Ho­tel i n Perth Road next Tues­day from 7pm-8.30pm.
