Aerial pic­tures con­test

A UNIQUE com­pe­ti­tion is of­fer­ing bud­ding Dundee pho­tog­ra­phers the op­por­tu­nity to take pic­tures from a he­li­copter.

The con­test be­ing run by lo­cal pho­tog­ra­pher Shah­baz Ma­jeed in con­junc­tion with Heli Air is of­fer­ing the prize i n re­turn for mak­ing a do­na­tion to Dundee Food­bank.

Shah­baz has earned a rep­u­ta­tion as some­thing of a spe­cial­ist in tak­ing world-class aerial pho­to­graphs from he­li­copters.

His skills were recog­nised na­tion­ally when his aerial pic­ture of the Forth Bridge was used on the cur­rent Cly­des­dale Bank £5 note.

Shah­baz said the only re­quire­ment to en­ter the com­pe­ti­tion is t o do­nate £5 t o Dundee Food­bank.

Par­tic­i­pants can en­ter as of­ten as they want.

Shah­baz said: “I would love t o raise a l ot of money for Dundee Food­bank.

“The prize is wor th thou­sands of pounds for just a small do­na­tion on your part.”
