Guilty to heroin charge
JAMES Dougan, 31, was jailed after pleading guilty to possessing heroin.
Dougan, of Helmsdale Avenue, appeared from custody.
He admitted having the drug at police headquarters on Bell Street on September 27 last year. The court heard that Dougan was found to have 0.2g of heroin, with a street value of £10.
He was given a threemonth custodial sentence by Sheriff Alastair Brown.
