Swifts and Saints joy

IN the East of Scotland leagues, Jeanfield Swifts were worthy 4-1 winners away to Inverkeithing Hillfield Swifts to maintain their unbeaten record.

Paul Simpson got the first after 40 minutes, with Alan McLaren, Christopher Scott and Rhys Davies adding the others.

Meanwhile, also in Conference C, St Andrews United’s 5-0 win at Stirling University extended their unbeaten run to four games.

Saints had five different scorers – Ryan McInnes, Stephen Stark, Ollie Fleming, Ross Cunningham and Jack Wilson.
