Dons may get Fraser wind­fall

ABERDEEN could be set for a wind­fall if Ever­ton suc­ceed with their re­por ted bid t o si gn Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser.

The Dons are un­der­stood to have in­serted a 20% sell-on clause when Fraser moved from Pit­to­drie to Bournemouth in 2013 in a £400,000 deal.

Ever­ton and Southamp­ton have been linked with a £15 mil­lion move for t he winger, which would earn the Dons around £3m.

Fraser has con­trib­uted the most as­sists in the English Pre­mier League this sea­son, set­ting up nine goals.

The Aber­do­nian has 18 months left on his deal with the Cher­ries.

Ear­lier this sea­son Bournemouth man­ager Ed­die Howe ad­mit­ted he ex­pects Fraser to leave the club for a big­ger team.

He said: “Ryan can go wher­ever he wants to go.”
