Top of the list was street lighting for playparks on South Road and in Menzieshill, which will cost £35,000 to install.
Meanwhile, a series of works is taking place this week on sections of the Kingsway.
Resurfacing work will be carried out at several locations throughout the coming days.
The first part of the improvements saw the southbound lane of the Kingsway (Kings Cross roundabout) closed today from midnight to 6.30am for sign installation and repairs.
The same stretch will be closed at the same time each of the next five mornings.
Ironwork repairs were also carried out early today on the Kingsway at the Tesco Extra offslip, near Kingsway West Retail Park, when the southbound lane was closed.
From 7.30pm today until 6.30am tomorrow, the A972 Kingsway East – between the Pitkerro Road roundabout and Milton of Craigie roundabout – will see lane closures and a convoy system will be put in place.
Carriageway patching work will be carried out and is expected to last until Thursday.
The southbound nearside lane of the Kingsway at the Coupar Angus roundabout and Buttars Loan will be closed between 7.30pm today and 6.30am tomorrow for lighting works.
