Bad practice in a pandemic
HAVING just visited Tesco Kingsway in Dundee, I saw they are in the middle of some changes.
But what I found very disturbing was the practice of moving products to different locations – I believe it is called a reset.
It’s an annoying practice at the best of times, but during a pandemic, this is beyond the pale.
Trying to make customers stay in store longer while trying to find what they are looking for – all in the hope of boosting profits – is utterly shameful and could have deadly consequences.
I have been a Tesco customer for most of my life, I have never had cause for complaint, but for the sake of peoples’ lives, myself and family included, I feel compelled to comment on this. MIKE STEWART
