She was disruptive and kicked an officer on the shin.

Tolmie was taken to Ninewells after concerns about her condition.

On waking the next morning Tolmie, of Honeygreen Road, removed monitoring equipment before shouting and swearing at staff.

She appeared from custody to admit assaulting PC Martyn Evans by kicking him on the leg, shouting, swearing, acting aggressively and kicking the inside of a police vehicle on King’s Cross Road on February 26.

The following day, Tolmie shouted, swore, acted aggressively and kicked hospital equipment.
