Appalled by lack of information on association’s website

-

FURTHER to the article about Abertay Housing Association which appeared in the Evening Telegraph on January 25, I have been looking at that association’s website and am appalled at the lack of information on it.

It appears the last time the association’s governing body had a meeting was on November 25 2020 but, three months later, the minutes are not on their website.

It also appears no committee meetings are scheduled any time soon.

The pandemic is no excuse because meetings can, and often are, held remotely.

I’d like to find out the exact number of notifiable events reported to the Scottish Regulator since March 29, 2017 until the present date about Abertay and also what exactly these notifiable events were for?

I am a home owner service user of Abertay

Housing Association and have to pay them an annual fee so I have a legal right to this information and so do all of Abertay’s other service users and their 1,800 or so tenants.

The law says there must be transparency so let’s have it.
