Accused to stand trial
A man accused of cultivating cannabis from his city home has been ordered to stand trial.
Tomas Neverdauskas allegedly endangered the lives of his neighbours by causing fumes to pass into a common chimney.
Neverdauskas, 31, appeared from custody at Dundee Sheriff Court.
It is alleged he produced a cannabis cultivation from an address on Forfar Road on February 22.
He is accused of being concerned in the supply of the Class B drug from the same address on the same date.
Defence solicitor Jim Caird continued to offer no plea on behalf of Neverdauskas during his second appearance on petition.
Sheriff Alison Michie fully committed Neverdauskas for trial and released him on bail.
