Sam’s ace in Turkey
DOWNFIELD Golf Club member Sam McDonald had a week to remember in Turkey with a group of golfing friends.
The party were based in Belek and Sam produced a moment of magic as his 8-iron tee-shot found the back of the hole on the 148-yard par-3 seventh at the Gloria Old Course.
Sam was partnered by Shaun Gordon, Steve Galligan and Graeme Duncan.
