Fraudsters laughing at taxpayers

ONE can only assume it is OK to make fraudulent claims from the government for monies you are not entitled to.

Why are these people not jailed and possessions sold to pay back the taxpayers instead of a slap on the wrist which is all community payback is? This is theft but the courts let them walk away laughing.
