£15m new look for beachfront

mostly funded by the Scottish Government, has resulted in two years of road closures, causing disruption in the area.

The seafront at Broughty Ferry will see even more changes over the next few years, with developments on the eastern area around the Esplanade as part of a separate £9m upgrade. But some locals have challenged aspects of the design, claiming the changes will cause traffic issues, delaying the start of its development.
