In a spin over sheltered housing voters

AT my sheltered housing complex we are not allowed to use our laundry room without making an appointment, yet last Thursday from 7am until 10pm, people were going into the complex to cast their votes for the local elections.

Why do residents have to pay for a service and yet are not allowed to use it, but people from all over are allowed to walk into the complex to cast their votes? I think this is scandalous!

I’d like to know what Dundee City Council says about it all.
