I HAVE BIG WORRIES OVER FINANCIAL GAP

GAPS are widening all across the footballing world.

Money, money, money – the haves and the have-nots.

That is the way of things now. There has to be a realisation that we are nearing a tipping point, however.

Scottish football has been a twohorse race for 30 years but the gap is gargantuan between the rest and the Old Firm now.

Add in Champions League riches next season for both and the chasm becomes even more vast.

There’s a clear gap between topflight and Championship now, too. I am seriously worried for our game.
