Uncertainty hanging over Chapman’s Dundee future

Canada international Jay Chapman is still on the other side of the Atlantic due to paperwork issues.

And there is some doubt over whether he will return at all for a second season at Dens Park.

His first spell was a real disappointment, only making two substitute appearances since signing for the club in January after leaving Inter Miami.

Asked about the prospect of Chapman returning, Bowyer replied: “It’s something between Jay and the club at the moment, so I have left it in the hands of the people who need to sort that with him and his representatives.”
