Her new solo exhibition, Our Mountains Are Painted on Glass, draws on and celebrates the classic movies she watched growing up and includes her new film work, Thieves, which is a fantasy adventure retelling of The Thief of Bagdad, a silent, black-and-white film from 1924, remade in colour in 1940. dca.org.uk

Electro Etching

Electroetching is an effective, environmentally friendly method of intaglio plate-making. It requires no expensive equipment or harmful acids. Results are controllable, generating unique tonal effects as well as enabling a greater clarity of line. In this weekend workshop you will create both a copper plate and a zinc plate for printing, as well as a deeply etched zinc plate using a variety of resists. dca.org.uk
