Chefs aim to net a fishy prize
LOCAL chefs are being called on to enter a “Fish Dish Challenge” for the chance to put Glasgow on the culinary map.
The challenge, sponsored by trade body the British Frozen Food Federation, is part of Le Sal o n Cu l i n a i r e I n t e r n a - t i o n a l d e L o n d r e s ’s schedule of competitions. It will be held at the Hotelympia show on 1 March in London.
Chefs will have 30 minutes to prepare, cook and present their dish. Judges include the renowned industry chefs.
