Mystery woman wins lottery million

-

A MYSTERY woman from South Lanarkshire has won a million pounds on a lucky EuroMillions ticket.

The woman, known only as Mrs S, played online and never even touched a ticket, the National Lottery organisers Camelot said.

She chose to remain anonymous after winning the money on November 27.

Mrs S played a lucky dip, meaning that her numbers were chosen for her by the computer.

Although there are eight million winners on National Lottery games each week, few will win as much money as her.

Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said: “Huge congratulations to Mrs. S for winning this fantastic prize without even touching a ticket – after a few simple clicks she has become a millionaire!

“Playing online is becoming increasingly popular.”
