Toy shop opens new outlet just in time for Christmas

-

A HIGH street toy retailer will open a new store in Braehead next week – just in time for Christmas.

The Entertainer store will be packed full of thousands of toys from the latest crazes to well-loved classics.

Alongside the shelves filled with toys, staff will be on hand to show families around with demonstrations and displays.

Craig Lowe, events coordinator at The Entertainer, said: “We are really looking forward to The Entertainer’s opening in Braehead which takes place just before Christmas providing locals with the perfect opportunity to pick up those last-minute gifts.”

To celebrate the new store there will be a Grand Opening Party event on Saturday, February 2, with appearances from Lego Batman and The Entertainer’s very own Jack.

As well as meet and greets, there will be a balloon modeller plus gift cards for the first 20 families to visit the store ranging worth up to £100.

The Entertainer’s Andrew Milner-Walker said: “Success at other INTU schemes across the UK meant it was right to open in Braehead.”

The Entertainer also has stores at Buchanan Galleries and Silverburn.
