Festive flair wins card contest for talented students

TWO photography students have created this year’s Christmas card for a national enterprise scheme for young people.

Alanis Blades and Douglas Ritchie, third year BA degree students, won a competition to design the card, run by City of Glasgow College, Bridge2Business and Young Enterprise Scotland.

Brian McEwan, Young Enterprise Scotland, said: “The final design really captures the spirit of Young Enterprise Scotland, with a very seasonal theme. It was great to see the overall quality of ideas, the presentations and the technical abilities from all of the entrants.”
