Helicopter date for singer Amy... but she’s still down to earth

AMY Macdonald has celebrated having more than one million streams on Spotify this year. It means people listened to enough Amy songs to fill 214 years non-stop. The performer has come a long way since her first ever tour when we travelled round the isle of Rothesay in a people carrier and she played to handfuls of people in churches. Amy, who is performing for charity on Saturday for the Big Sleep Out and will be jetting around Scotland by helicopter with KT Tunstall, said she remains as down to earth as ever.
