Cosmetic surgery clinic plans unveiled

A COSMETIC surgery clinic wants to open up a new premises in Glasgow City Centre.

La Belle Forme has asked Glasgow City Council for planning permission to open up a beauty and cosmetic clinic at a former gym.

The company have asked city planners to use the ground floor and a mezzanine level at 154 Clyde Street.

La Belle Forme is currently based in Wilson Street in the Merchant City and also have premises in Newton Mearns and Edinburgh.

Plans submitted to the local authority reveal the premises could have a theatre for surgery, pre-theatre reception rooms, a recovery room and several consultation rooms. The plans also show offices and other staff accommodation.

The last date for comments is January 4 and a decision on the proposal is expected by February 1.
