Cycle lane woes

-

I AGREE with Donald McGill (Letters, Saturday), you should try walking on the cycle track in my area.

The cycle track has now been tarmacked so you cannot hear them coming up behind you.

They come racing along in groups of up to 10 or more.

Not one of them has a bell and it is not possible to step off onto the grass because there are drainage ditches along both sides as it was a railway line.

And if you say anything to them like get a bell, some of them are aggressive, and one other thing is most of them hold a driving licence. Jim Tees, via email
