Muriel and Susan horse around after store’s ad sparks laughter

Muriel Gray and comedian and presenter Susan Calman had a right chuckle online after they spotted some horsey accessories in Aldi.

Muriel joked: “On offer today at Aldi’s in Glasgow

Knightswood. A coat for your horse. Better hurry. These will fly off the shelf.” Susan, above, couldn’t resist quipping: “They’ve nailed the core demographic in Knightswood haven’t they. I grew up there and some days you couldn’t move for people and their horses just walking about the streets.” I love Aldi for its randomness and remember seeing wetsuits in Glasgow High Street. Now where are the snow shovels for this weekend?
