Doucet joins Clan for rest of the season

-

GLASGOW CLAN have signed Guillaume Doucet for the remainder of the 2018/19 season.

The 32-year-old forward joins from Alps Hockey League team Milano Rossoblu.

Doucet is no stranger to the EIHL having initially joined the Hull Stingrays back in 2013, before going onto to play for the Nottingham Panthers and Cardiff Devils.

Last season the Canadian iced for the Milton Keynes Lightning under current Clan head coach Pete Russell.

“I am delighted to add forward Guillaume Doucet to our group for the remainder of the season” confirmed Russell. “We are lucky to add a player of Guillaume’s calibre at this stage of the season.

“I have worked with ‘Douce’ before and obviously know his character and game very well. He scores goals everywhere he goes. He is a sniper and finds good spots.”
