Flight drama as passenger ill

A FLIGHT bound for Iceland was forced to divert to Glasgow on Sunday after a passenger became ill on the plane.

Pilots took the decision to reroute the Manchester to Reykjavik and touched down in Glasgow at around 1.15pm on Sunday.

After the man was checked the Icelandair flight then took off again and continued to its destination.
