She said there’s a lot of same-sex couples and par­ents, who of­ten pay the rent, don’t know they’re gay. She added HMO prop­er­ties usu­ally had a higher price. Coun­cil­lor Spear said she was “ex­tremely con­cerned” by the in­ci­dent.
