TEN YEARS PAST
FLORIDA-BASED Glaswegian property developer Graham Duffy unveiled the takeover plan he believed could save Rangers.
The 42-year-old tycoon planned to head a fans’ buyout of the Ibrox club.
Duffy’s proposal targeted 15,000 members every year, for three years, the business model based on a members club of 45,000.
Supporters would pay £1000 as a one-off joining fee, raising £45million.
