Mike Dailly: We can’t achieve a fairer society as part of the UK

WHO says the SNP would run the country? I do believe they are only asking for independence. Then we have to pick a government to run the government, and don’t say it’s better part of a union – one that you don’t have a say on anything.

AS an independence supporter I have to say that it will not bring some wonderful utopia.

It will put money to help local people instead of being sucked into London and South-east England but it will not be a panacea.

Scots are a lot more fiscally conservative and liberal than most assume. We know that there is no such thing as a free lunch and people living on benefits also need to understand that that is a safety net and not a lifestyle choice.

IF there’s an IndyRef 2, it’ll be another No. What will happen then? Constant, whining demands for IndyRef 3?

Rangers stars visit the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow

GOOD job guys. Will have put a smile on lots of kids’ faces. Well done Rangers!

Moonk Calder

WELL done, I bet it made a lot of the kids’ day.

VISITS from both Old Firm clubs to meet children at hospitals are so beneficial.

The joy it brings is clear to see.
