FESTIVE LUNCH PROVES A BIG HIT AT GOLF CLUB
A GREAT day was enjoyed last month at Balmore Golf Club.
Battle Against Dementia Foundation (BAD) held a Christmas lunch for carers, families and people with dementia.
The charity funded the lunch and served up transport to the venue.
The annual lunch is organised by the charity’s founder, Dougie McCluskey, whose father died from vascular dementia four years ago.
BAD is aiming to build a dementia unit in the grounds of the golf club.
