The an­nual chal­lenge en­cour­ages peo­ple to try the ve­gan life­style through­out Jan­uary.

De­scribed by our Glas­gow­ist food ex­pert Paul Trainer as the talk of the town this week, the eatery has be­come known for its loaded fries.

He also pinned hopes on the eatery be­com­ing a leader in the next gen­er­a­tion of fast food.
