Lennon did not breach Covid rules at hotel

ENGLISH cops are confident Neil Lennon did not break Covid rules after a viral video sparked an official investigation.

The former Celtic boss was filmed, apparently drunk, at the Halston Hotel in Carlisle and the video was watched thousands of times earlier this week.

Cumbria Police investigated claims the former Hoops chief broke Covid rules after the video emerged.

Now they have confirmed they are “satisfied” no breach of the rules had occurred, said a force spokesman.
