Road to be shut amid distancing

A ROAD in Pollokshields is set to be closed to all vehicles except bicycles as part of temporary social distancing measures.

Kenmure Street, between McCulloch Street and St Andrew’s Road, will be closed to all vehicles for a minimum period of 10 weeks.

McCulloch Street will also become a one-way road travelling eastwards between Shields Road and Kenmure Street.

The work on McCulloch Street is expected to be completed by Wednesday, April 21.
