Summer Days . . . . . .
As bees hunt in the nectared clover fields, Their constant hum brings music to this day, Wild roses, ragged robin, purple loosestrife And mouse- ear hawkweed grow beside the way, Reed and sedge warblers chatter by canals, Blackcap and whitethroat will give out a song, Honeysuckle scent is on the breeze, And butterflies are seen all summer long.
