New National Literacy Trust research has found that children who enjoy reading and writing are significantly happier than those who don’t enjoy it.
Words For Life has several reading and writing activities that can support you in looking after your mental health and wellbeing, such as writing a worry journal or creating a calm-down glitter jar.
