MAREL is staging one of its popular ‘show hows’ at its Copenhagan demonstration facility in February to highlight advances in the processing sector.
Hundreds of salmon

The demonstrations of integrated solutions, standalone equipment and food processing software will run in a simulated factory environment with real product.
The focus will be on showing visitors how Marel can help them increase yield, improve the utilisation of raw materials and enable full traceability.
Guests will also have the opportunity to walk through simulations of hi-tech processing facilities in virtual reality.
The Icelandic company said at a time of accelerated change in food processing methods, salmon producers are keen to stay informed about new technologies and proven solutions and its Salmon Show How provides this opportunity in a hands-on, practical way.
The speaker and seminar agenda will be announced closer to the date.
