AE Madeira event set for increased capacity
ORGANISERS of the Aquaculture Europe 2021 conference, due to be held in Madeira on 4-7 October, have welcomed the news that Covid-19 restrictions on the island are being eased.
The announcement by the Regional Government of Madeira means that events can now take place on the island with 75% seating capacity (up from 50%)
A spokesperson for Marevent, which manages the Aquaculture Europe series of events, said:“Having also received official approval from the Madeiran Health Authority to hold the event, we can now scale up operations and planning.”
The abstract submission deadline for oral-preferred abstracts has now passed and the Programme Grid is online at the EAS site www.aquaeas. org/.The deadline for submitting abstracts for Eposter presentation remains as August 28.
