In this small study by Bristol University, researcher­s found that people were better at processing informatio­n after a daytime nap of 90 minutes, compared to people who had stayed awake. Further research could allow the developmen­t of sleep modificati­on strategies to help people with cognitive and psychologi­cal problems.
