Aster & gypsophila

Aster frikartii ‘Mönch’ (H90cm/3ft, S40cm/16in) mingles well with dainty sprays of Gypsophila paniculata (H1.2m/4ft, S75cm/30in), flowering together Aug-Sept. ‘Mönch’ produces large flowers about 8cm (3in) across and has a relaxed habit but won’t need staking. Both thrive in a moist but well-drained soil and full sun.
