A Your Ja­cob’s lad­der (pole­mo­nium) is show­ing symp­toms of fas­ci­a­tion. This con­di­tion can be the re­sult of in­sect dam­age to the grow­ing tip or may sim­ply be a ge­netic mu­ta­tion. It of­ten af­fects plants with spikes of flow­ers.
