Check on crops in storage

Garden Answers (UK) - - Easy Gardening -

Remember to keep an eye on stored fruit, vegetables and tubers.

Check them over and remove any showing signs of rot, which will soon spread and spoil their neighbours. As you remove crops from storage, space out the remaining ones to increase the air flow around them. This reduces the risk of fungal diseases and rot.
