Screen views and hold interest

Garden Answers (UK) - - Problems Solved -

This new suburban garden is overlooked on all sides by neighbouring properties. Adding a small birch copse and Prunus serrula helps to screen views without casting too much shade, and because these trees are relatively small and deciduous with only a light summer canopy, they won’t dominate the space. As a design motif, interlocking circles help hold interest within the garden – a useful ploy when there are no borrowed views beyond the garden boundaries.
