ADry air may be the reason these leaf tips are drying, though citrus aren’t always easy to grow in the house. Keep them moist but don’t overwater them. I’d repot in spring, but only if they’re making new growth. If they seem a bit small for their present pots, keep them moist, avoid overwatering and give liquid fertiliser.
