SOW CAULIFLOWER

-

If you want delicious creamy heads of cauliflower next summer, you can start off seeds indoors now to get a head start. If you didn’t sow cauliflowers in autumn for putting over winter in a cold frame, you can either sow seed in a heated propagator, on a warmish windowsill or in the greenhouse, as long as they remain between 10-15C (50-59F). Plant out your grown seedlings in April into a well-worked bed and water well.
