RAKE OVER THE LAWN
Look after your lawn and rake it over lightly with a spring rake, with long wire tines. If you’re lawn feels spongy, it might be because there’s a layer of thatch made up of rotten grasses, weeds, leaves and mosses. By raking it lightly this layer will get exposed. Removing the thatch is best done on a dry day and this will give your lawn air to breathe, helps rain get to the grass roots and prevents fungal diseases and mosses spreading.
