and picking up leaves and less time walking back and forth to the new leaf bin, which is at the far end of the orchard. I've started cutting the old leaves off the hellebores and already I can see the flower shoots forming.
I’ve pruned rose ‘Gertrude Jekyll’ and tied it back into the trellis and I’m about to start disentangling rose ‘Belvedere’ at the other end of the trellis; it sounds like a quite a task but it’s actually a job that I really enjoy.

lDuring my morning walks there have been some glorious sunrises, with trees beautifully silhouetted against orange, blue and pink skies. Some mornings have
